Refund policy

Our products are handcrafted, inspected and individually packaged and made just for you. These products are not eligible for returns.

If your product arrives damaged or does not match the product description, please send us an email within 3 days of product delivery with the information requested below.

To process a return, contact: support@bolobolobaby.com with:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Image of the shipping defect or what does not match product description

If your product is verified as damaged and/or is eligible for a return it must be returned unused, in it’s original packing with all contents within 5 business days.

Your return will be processed with a refund or replacement once items have been received.
